Live music, social media influencers and roller discos will be vital in reviving the British high street, according to an executive at Samsung.
Bricks-and-mortar shops must provide a “fun, immersive experience” to ensure that customers keep coming back, Annika Bizon, marketing director at Samsung Electronics UK, claimed.
“If you’ve got some floor space, turn it into a yoga studio in the evening. If you’ve got a bakery, get a ‘bring your own’ licence,” she said.
