Liverpool’s Royal Liver Building is up for sale for the first time in its history, at a guide price of £40m.
Royal London is selling the Grade-I listed building, acquired when it bought Royal Liver in 2011.
The 295-ft-high building opened in 1911 and was among the first of its type to use reinforced concrete.
