A 150-bed hotel scheme in Liverpool is set to be given the nod by planners next week.
Velocity GB plans to build a five-storey hotel located six miles from Liverpool city centre next to Dobbies Garden Centre.
The scheme also includes a 150-space car park and a ground-floor restaurant.
The scheme will be discussed on 10 March at Liverpool council’s planning committee.
