BCSC 2012: Almost four years on from opening, Grosvenor’s £1bn Liverpool ONE scheme is finally fully let.
Miles Dunnett, head of asset management for the Grosvenor Liverpool Fund, said it had been a challenging time opening such a large scheme during a recession, but that Liverpool ONE will continue to evolve.
The UK’s first Harvey Nichols Beauty Bizarre is set to open at the development in November.
