Three planned student accommodation schemes that would provide more than 1,000 beds for Liverpool are to be heard next week.
Two developments have been recommended for consent by Liverpool city council: System 3’s 352-bed scheme at Chatham Place, and Pinnacle Student Developments’ 380-bed project in the Baltic Triangle.
The remaining scheme has not yet been recommended – Gipsy International’s plans for 398 beds in a 14-storey building fronting Byrom Street, Fontenoy Street and Great Crosshall Street.
The schemes will be considered on 16 September.
