Liverpool-based Beetham Organisation has unveiled designs for the £60m Beetham Tower which is being built in the heart of Liverpools business district.
Work is underway at the former St Pauls eye hospital site to create a 30-storey tower comprising a mix of offices and leisure and a 200-bed hotel developed in collaboration with Radison SAS.
The area surrounding the tower has been boosted by news that Littlewoods is to redevelop shops and offices on Old Hall Street, next to its corporate HQ, which will sit opposite the tower.
