Irish Life Investment Managers has bought the 76,000 sq ft Estuary House in Speke, Liverpool, for £11.75m.
The office, on the 100-acre Estuary Commerce Park, was sold by Intercity Group and Capital Bank.
Knight Frank acted for the seller. DTZ represented Irish Life.
