Millennium & Copthorne Hotels has agreed to buy the Hard Days Night Hotel in Liverpool for £13.8m – 6.5% yield.
The 110-bedroom hotel – named after a Beatles’ song – was marketed by CBRE in March on behalf of private owner Concord Estates.
The grade-II listed property is on the corner of Mathew Street and North John Street, and has a remaining lease of 113 years with Liverpool City Council.
CBRE advised Concord Estates.
