Ian and Richard Livingstone are considering making a joint offer for NR Nordic & Russia Properties, which is asset managed by a subsidiary of the brothers’ London & Regional business.
In a stock market announcement on Tuesday, financial adviser Ohman noted the “recent movement in the share price of NR Nordic & Russia Properties” and confirmed that it was acting for the Livingstones,who were considering a possible joint offer for the Jersey-incorporated investor.
It said that any offer would be solely in cash.
NR Nordic, which has a market capitalisation of €119m, invests in real estate opportunities in the Nordic and Baltic regions, and Baltic Russia.
The company’sasset manager is LR Real Estate Asset Management AB, a subsidiary of London & Regional Group.
Laxey Partners last year attempted to shake up the company’s board, but the activist investor dropped its proposals in August following discussions with shareholders.
