The Livingstone brothers’ plans for a 100,000 sq ft residential-led development on the site of the River Café restaurant at Thames Wharf, W6, got the go-ahead this week.
London & Regional Properties, in partnership with Knightsbridge Holdings, will demolish buildings at Rainville Road and build 57 flats in two blocks rising up to nine storeys, as well as 7,524 sq ft of office and restaurant space. The River Café will remain in residence.
DP9 advised on planning.
