Skincare products firm Liz Earle and researcher Conquest UK have both signed office leases at Colet Court, 100 Hammersmith Road, W6.
Liz Earle has taken the 5,305 sq ft ground floor on a 10-year lease, paying £32.50 per sq ft.
Conquest has signed for 5,300 sq ft on the second floor on a five-year lease, with a third-year break, at the same price.
Around 18,000 sq ft is now left at the 37,893 sq ft Threadneedle building.
Frost Meadowcroft and Hanover Green advised Threadneedle. David Menzies Associates represented Liz Earle, while Conquest was unrepresented.
