LK Bennett has leased an entire Victorian warehouse in Shoreditch which has been refurbished by Boultbee Real Estate
The fashion retailer has exchanged contracts to lease Rivington House on Great Eastern Street, EC2.
It will pay £46 per sq ft for the 18,000 sq ft building on a 15-year lease.
