The Lloyd’s Register Group has agreed a lease for 24,085 sq ft at 5 Arlington Square in Bracknell, Berkshire.
The maritime classification society has signed a five-year sub-lease from Paratus AMC, paying £19 per sq ft.
It is the largest deal in Bracknell in two years, said Knight Frank, which advised Paratus, alongside Lambert Smith Hampton.

CBRE acted for Lloyds Register. Mapeley Estates provided strategic asset management advice to Paratus AMC on mitigating their occupational costs.
