Four of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s West End theatres are up for sale through Drivers Jonas.
Offers in the region of £10m will be sought for the Lyric, Apollo, Garrick and Duchess theatres, which are no longer big enough for Lloyd Webber’s Really Useful Group’s productions.
Offers are expected to come from theatre organisers and producers such as Sir Cameron Mackintosh, Max Weitzenhoffer and the Ambassador Group, as well as wealthy individuals.
The portfolio comprises two freeholds (Apollo and Duchess), one part-freehold, part-leasehold (Lyric), and a leasehold (Garrick).
