Lloyds Bank has sublet 995 sq m (10,700 sq ft) of offices in Acclaim House, Central Park, Leeds, West Yorkshire, to the Iron Trades Insurance Group (ITIG). The insurer has taken a ten year lease at an initial rent of £137,000 pa.
