Lloyds’ build-to-rent business has appointed two new directors.
Citra Living has appointed Corinne Stevens as asset management director.
Stevens was previously deputy fund manager for residential at Abrdn for five years, with previous experience at Grosvenor Group. She decided to leave Abrdn last year, following a restructure of the real estate business.
Louise Tylman joins Citra as operations director. Tylman was head of operations at Fizzy Living for more than five years. Prior to this she worked at Chancery St James and later held contracts with Grainger and Get Living.
The appointments come as Citra continues to bolster its team, following a hiring spree last year.
Lloyds launched Citra last July, as the first dedicated BTR business from a UK bank. The company has a debut scheme in Peterborough and aims to expand through housebuilder partnerships to deliver 800 homes this year.
