Lloyds Banking Group has promoted Allan Mackenzie to head of regions for the commercial real estate unit.
Based in Manchester, Mackenzie will be responsible for managing the relationship teams based in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Leeds, Birmingham, Bristol and Manchester.
Mackenzie has been with Lloyds for more than 30 years and was most recently a relationship director in the listed clients group in London. In this role he was behind the £277m refinancing, alongside Citibank, of MediaCity UK in Salford, Greater Manchester.
He has worked previously in teams in Glasgow, Aberdeen and Manchester.
