Logicor appoints new chief financial officer

Logicor has appointed Simon Clinton as chief financial officer. He takes over from Simon Carter who joined British Land earlier this year.

Clinton joined Logicor in February 2017 as director of group finance. Prior to this, he spent a decade at Tesco where he worked in a number of senior finance roles.

Dan Greenslade will replace Clinton as director of group finance. Greenslade joined Logicor in April 2017 as director, special projects. He previously worked at Quintain as head of transactions and as financial controller prior to that.

Mo Barzegar, chief executive of Logicor, said: “Since joining Logicor, Simon and Dan have proven to be talented and valued leaders of our finance team. Their combined real estate experience and business acumen will benefit us as we continue to drive profitable growth across our European operations, benefitting our customers, people and investors.

“I greatly look forward to working with them both as Logicor consolidates its position as a leading European logistics property company.”
