Logicor has promoted its UK director of leasing and customer solutions, Charlie Howard, to managing director of the UK business.
Howard, who has 17 years’ experience in UK logistics property, joined Logicor in October 2013 from Anglesea Capital. He has also worked at CBRE, M3 and Savills.
Chief executive Mo Barzegar said: “Since joining Logicor, Charlie has delivered consistently strong commercial results that are clearly reflected in the rapid expansion of our UK platform. His unwavering client focus and expertise around the investment in and operation of industrial real estate makes him the rational choice to lead our UK business in a dynamic real estate market that is currently suffering from under-supply.
“I look forward to continuing working with Charlie as we execute our European business plans in 2015 and beyond.”
Howard said: “With 50 warehouses across the country, the UK is a key market for Logicor. Our customers continue to invest in and shape their industrial property networks according to their business needs. I look forward to leading the Logicor UK team as we expand our brand further over the coming months.”
