Logicor has let its MK360 warehouse in Milton Keynes to Marks & Spencer.
The retailer has signed a 10-year lease on the 360,214 sq ft distribution centre, which will be used for its M&S Food division.
The warehouse also features 12m eaves height and a 55m-deep yard.
Anthony McCluskie, director of asset management at Logicor, said the team has been “working closely with Marks & Spencer and their agent Lambert Smith Hampton for a number of months” on the deal.
“Marks & Spencer is a new customer to our portfolio, and we have enjoyed working with them to find the right building to suit their needs and to be involved with their changing supply chain strategy,” he said.
Logicor was advised by BNP Paribas Real Estate and Burbage Realty. Marks & Spencer was represented by Lambert Smith Hampton.
