Logicor has signed two new occupiers at its Kennetside Industrial Estate in Newbury, Berkshire.
Food manufacturer Atkins & Potts and IT firm TrellisWorks have both taken 10-year leases.
Atkins will move into the 40,481 sq ft Unit C. TrellisWorks will occupy Unit H, which offers 10,618 sq ft of warehouse and office space.
The deals follow a refurbishment of the units, focused on increasing energy efficiency via LED lighting, air source heat pumps, and added insulation. The warehouses also have PV panelling across the whole roof.
Bill Martyn-Smith, Logicor’s asset manager for the UK, said: “At Logicor, supporting our customer’s growth ambitions is core to what we do, which is why we work closely with potential customers to understand what they need now and might need from their space years down the line.”
Located just off Bone Lane, Kennetside offers links to the M4, M3 and M25.
Deal Varney is joint letting agent for the estate.
