Logicor strikes largest industrial letting in the North

Logicor has signed ID Logistics at Sherburn 550, a 556,000 sq ft warehouse in Elmet, North Yorkshire. The five-year deal marks one of the UK’s biggest industrial property transactions so far this year, and is understood to be the largest in the North.   Sherburn 550 sits off junction 42 of the A1(M) to the east of Leeds. The warehouse features 56 loading doors, 15m eaves height, three service yards, and offices. The warehouse forms parts of The Sherburn Distribution Park which is home to occupiers such as Sainsbury’s, GXO, Eddie Stobart and Kingspan.
