Tyre wholesaler Micheldever Group has agreed a prelet at the Connect-70 logistics development in Bellshill, North Lanarkshire.
The facility, measuring 72,733 sq ft, is being delivered by West Ranga Management, with completion scheduled in January next year.
Micheldever will take a 15-year lease once completion is reached.
The logistics hub is located on a 4.13-acre site and has been designed to achieve EPC A and BREEAM Very Good ratings. The building features EV charging points, 15% roof lights, roof mounted photovoltaic system and air source heat pumps.
Colliers, CBRE and Gerald Eve are leasing agents on Connect-70. Colliers also acted on behalf of Micheldever.
