Aire Valley Land, a partnership between Evans Property Group and Keyland, has secured two planning consents from Leeds city council to deliver 950,000 sq ft of new shed space at Temple Green logistics park.
The applications cover phases three and four of the £96m, 165-acre logistics park, situated off junction 45 of the M1.
Evans Property Group development director, James Pitt, said: “We have increased our investment into the infrastructure programme at Temple Green to over £8m, which … enables four phases to be accessible for future occupiers.”
