LOM Architects and Design has moved from its office in Muswell Hill following the purchase of a long leasehold at The Glass House in Shoreditch, E1, for £2.5m.
The firm secured funding for the purchase from AIB GB, which provided a 75% loan.
The vendors were Telford Homes and the Pears Group.
Peter O’Malley, founding partner of LOM Architects and Design said: “In order to address the continued increase in business and necessary expansion the practice re-located to Shoreditch, a recognised centre for the creative industry in London.”
There were no agents involved in the deal.
