Paul Nicholls, a senior director within CBRE’s London development team, is leaving after nearly 18 years at the agent.
In his role, Nicholls has focused on land transactions and consultancy advice.
Notable transactions he has been involved in include the purchase of Royal Mint Court, EC3, for the Chinese Embassy and the sales of the former Middlesex Hospital, W1, and 49 Park Lane, W1.
Nicholls is said to be joining BNP Paribas Real Estate, according to one person familiar with the situation. BNP Paribas Real Estate had not responded to a request for comment by the time of publication.
CBRE declined to comment.
