London Executive Offices has secured a 15-year-lease of 21 Gloucester Place, W1, from the Portland Estate.
The 7,500 sq ft Georgian property is Grade II listed and the deal is line with LEO’s overall growth strategy to expand its 32-building, central London portfolio.
Over the last 18 months, circa 200,000 sq ft of space was added to the portfolio via the lease of several assets including Michelin House, SW3; 32 Curzon Street, W1; and Octagon Point, EC2.
