A joint venture between residential developer London Green and Topland, one of Europe’s largest multi-billion-pound, privately owned international investment groups, has submitted plans for a residential scheme in Brentford, TW8.
The jv proposes 298 homes across two sites.
More than 190 private homes are proposed to front the River Thames, with a further 105 homes on a former Metropolitan Police station site, acquired in April 2015 for £10.8m.
The river frontage site was acquired for £5.5m in September 2014.
To date, London Green has built in excess of 1,000 homes in the capital and the South East.
The jv was struck in July 2014 but this is to be the only scheme to come forward, with no further plans.
