London homes are taking longer to sell despite sellers cutting asking prices, figures from Rightmove show.
Asking prices on homes in inner London have been cut by 3.6% over the course of a month, while prices further out are down 1.5%. Homes are taking around five days longer to sell than in the month preceding the referendum on European Union membership.
Asking prices in England and Wales fell 1.2% on the month and were up 4.1% on the year.
