A houseboat moored at St Katharine Docks in London has gone on the market with a £3.5m price tag.
The former coal barge, called Matrix Island, offers over 5000sq ft of accommodation, with five ensure bedrooms, two reception rooms, a winter garden, sauna and jet-ski platform.
While the floating home does have a mooring spot near the Tower of London, the £32,000 per annum fees are not included in the princely price. Then again, it is exempt from council tax.
