London leads May auction catalogue from Acuitus

Acuitus’s upcoming real estate auction will include 12 properties with guide prices of more than £1m.

The 15 May online auction includes a 5,381 sq ft freehold retail and residential parade on Chiswick High Road with development potential, offered at a guide price of £2.5m.

Charlie Powter of Acuitus said: “Located on the affluent and busy Chiswick High Road (pictured), this retail parade offers numerous opportunities with retail tenants on 10-year leases, a vacant flat available, and development potential of the land and buildings to the rear subject to consents.”

In Muswell Hill, a freehold retail and residential investment opportunity is being offered at a guide price of just over £1.6m. The 3,090 sq ft property comprises a ground floor shop let to Pret A Manger until 2037 and has five-yearly rent reviews with an upcoming review in 2027. It also comprises a separately accessed one-bed flat on the first floor and a large three-bedroom maisonette on the second and third floors.

Other London assets in the catalogue include:

  •  A restaurant investment in Endell Street, Covent Garden, generating £55,000 per annum with a guide price of £740,000
  •  A restaurant investment in Highgate that produces £54,750pa and has a guide price of £950,000+
  •  A mixed-use investment on Bethnal Green Road in Shoreditch producing £59,820pa with a guide price of £900,000
  •  A former NatWest bank and development opportunity in Surbiton with a guide price of £600,000
