London office boom hits pre-crisis levels

Companies are being forced to look beyond traditional business districts as the capital’s office market boom continues.

According to Cushman & Wakefield lettings jumped by 42% from 5.8m sq ft to 8.2m sq ft last year.

This uptick in uptake is forcing occupiers to look to emerging markets such as Paddington and Shoreditc, it says.
