An agent has been appointed to seek operators for Filthy McNastys, EC1 , and four other London pubs.
Golfrate has instructed Restaurant Property to also secure operators for: 4,159 sq ft Lost Society, SW8 ; 2,300 sq ft Peacock Bar, SW11 ; 2,788 sq ft Surprise Public House, SW3 ; 4,400 sq ft The Bailey, N7 .
A combined £360,000 pa rent is sought for the assets, but buildings will also be offered individually.
Restaurant Property sales director Mark Calder said: “These pubs if taken as a portfolio would be a great springboard to provide geographical reach and grow a brand, given their great locations.”
