London & Regional has secured three office lettings at its £30m Belmont House development in Uxbridge, west London, taking the building to full occupancy.
The 10-year deals were signed with Pilgrim’s Europe, Knights Professional Services and Apcoa Facilities Management, which will occupy 26,951 sq ft, 11,001 sq ft and 6,636 sq ft of workspace, respectively.
They will join existing tenants GiffGaff, Arrivia UK, PFU (EMEA) a Ricoh Company, Optical Express and Orega.
Belmont House offers 125,000 sq ft of grade-A office space with amenities including an occupier-only café, end-of-journey facilities, reception and roof terraces. It sits adjacent to Uxbridge station, which provides access to central London in less than 45 minutes.

Colliers and Hanover Green are leasing agents at Belmont House.
