London & Regional has secured its first office occupier at the newly refurbished Universal Building on Kensington High Street, W14.
Live music event organiser Superstruct has taken the 5,500 sq ft seventh floor on a 10-year lease, at a rent of £42 per sq ft. The space also includes a wraparound roof terrace.
L&R is carrying out a significant refurbishment of the 64,100 sq ft, eight-storey building, which is located on the corner of Kensington High Street and Holland Road near to London Olympia and Olympia station.
The accommodation will provide newly refurbished office space, either open plan or on a fitted basis, featuring a communal roof terrace with panoramic views, instant commercial-grade internet connectivity to each floor, car parking, secure indoor bicycle racks and showers.
