Residential prices, rents and yields still vary hugely across London, and JLL’s interactive tool allows that difference to be seen at a glance.
The agent has teamed up with Rightmove to create heat maps in incredible detail showing the discrepancies in London’s residential market.
The 10 maps, five covering greater London and five inner, consider sales prices, prices per sq ft, rents per sq ft and gross yields.
The averages are for all listings and primarily cover the second-hand housing market.
