Benesco Charity has sold Dorset House, Dorset Street/Marylebone Road, W1, to a private client of Michael Elliott for £12.4m.
The 1930s mansion block comprises a car park, petrol station, car showroom, restaurant and shops on ground and basement, and 196 flats on long leases on the upper floors.
