London second in housing bubble rankings

London is at risk of a housing bubble, according to UBS Wealth Management’s bubble index.

UBS analysed prices in 18 cities globally and ranked London second behind Vancouver. The other cities in the top five were Stockholm, Sydney and Munich. House prices in the cities ranked in bubble risk territory have risen by an average 50% since 2011, against a 15% increase for others.

London was also second in the listings of least affordable cities, behind Hong Kong.
