Salad bar chain Vital Ingredient has agreed a raft of new lettings across central London.
The food operator has exchanged contracts on a 1,900 sq ft shop at 2 Trump Street, EC2, a 1,600 sq ft store at 22-23 Great Tower Street, EC3, and 2,000 sq ft at 4-16 Artillery Row, SW1. Two further stores are under offer.
Leases agreed with all three private landlords range between 15 and 20 years and the rents are from £85,000 to £110,000 pa.
The shops will open between this spring and 2014.
Jonny Perkins, surveyor at Prime Retail, which is retained by Vital Ingredient, said: “Vital Ingredient is well on target to achieve its aim of doubling its presence in London over the next year. This represents a significant leap forward for them, having doubled their stores to ten in the previous 12 months. Their healthy and varied food offer seems to hit a chord with Londoners and they have some exciting ideas to develop the brand.”
