London Square and Clarion team up on £90m Croydon resi

London Square has partnered with Clarion to develop a £90m residential scheme at St Michael’s Courtyard in West Croydon.

The 272-home development will be the duo’s third and will form a major part of the West Croydon Masterplan.

London Square acquired the consented one-acre site from Portman Square Holdings.

The scheme comprises two buildings of 21 and 25 storeys with ground-floor commercial space. The 128 shared-ownership homes equate to 55% affordable housing.

London Square said it is looking for new sites to double its £1.3bn portfolio. It has 1,018 homes under construction and a further 2,356 in the pipeline, with a goal of developing 4,500 homes.
