Wandsworth Council has given consent to London Square for a residential-led scheme of more than 500 homes, 35% of which will be affordable.
The former B&Q site, close to Wandsworth Town railway station, SW18, will also provide 55,000 sq ft of offices and 30,000 sq ft of flexible retail space, as well as restaurants.
The 13 blocks will be arranged across three podiums, ranging from eight to 15 storeys in height.
QUOD is planning consultant.
