BCSC 2013: BCSC confirmed this morning that its 2014 conference will take place in London.
The retail body said this morning that next year’s event would return to Olympia, the venue for this week’s conference and exhibition.
The 2013 event was originally scheduled for Glasgow but complaints among members about the cost of travel persuaded management to move it to London.
In recent years the event has come under pressure from a rival event, Completely Retail MarketPlace, which takes place in the capital.
