London vacancy rate drops at CLS

FCLS-Holdings-logo-THUMB.jpegINANCE: London vacancy rates at property company CLS Holdings have dropped to 3.3%.

The overall group vacancy rate between July and 19 November decreased to a record 3.1% from 3.5% as at 30 June.

The company said demand from existing and potential occupiers was steady, particularly in London and France.

Meanwhile, the company said its soon to be completed Clifford’s Inn scheme, EC4, which includes 36,845 sq ft of offices, is expected to rent 25% above forecasts.
