Londonewcastle has plans for a £140m mixed-use scheme on a site near Wembley Stadium.
The developer has paid £10.25m on behalf of a private client for Kelaty House – a 170,000 sq ft warehouse on the 2.5-acre
Plans for the site include two blocks of private flats, a block of affordable flats and a hotel.
