LondonMetric appoints new board member

LondonMetric Property has appointed Suzanne Avery to the board as an independent non-executive director with immediate effect.

Avery also joins as a member of the audit committee.

She has more than 25 years’ experience in corporate banking, holding various managing director roles at RBS, including managing director of real estate finance & sustainability, where she was responsible for REITs, funds and London-based private property companies.

Avery is currently a church commissioner, senior adviser to Centrus Advisors and a non-executive director of Richmond Housing Partnership.

She is also a trustee of LandAid and co-founder of Real Estate Balance.

LondonMetric chairman Patrick Vaughan said: “I would like to welcome Suzanne as a non-executive director and look forward to working with her. She brings extensive real estate and finance experience to LondonMetric.”
