The former home of Jim Henson’s Muppet empire has been sold to London residential developer londonnewcastle for £11.4m.
The Camden Town warehouse, located at the junction of Oval Road and Gilbey’s Yard, NW1, was bought from Southern Properties to be redeveloped into a residential scheme comprising 76 flats.
Plans include 32 one-bedroom, 32 two-bedroom and 12 three-bedroom apartments, of which 24 will be affordable homes and 27,000 sq ft of offices.
