July was a strong month for central London’s commercial property market, and the total value of deals this year could exceed last year’s £17bn, according to Savills.
Sales totalling £2.35bn were recorded in July, taking the figure for the first seven months of the year to £11.5bn, an increase of 24% compared with a year earlier.
Asian buyers accounted for 63% of the seven-month sales total in the City, and around 50% of sales in the West End.
