Enstar Capital is undertaking what it says will be London’s most expensive fit-out of an office building.
It is spending £500 per sq ft on its 6,000 sq ft of offices at 54 Brooks Mews, W1. The space is available on a five-year lease at £125 per sq ft.
Armani-hotel executive washrooms, 16th century Tuscan floors and in-office dining are all features of the office.
Office workers at 54 Brooks Mews in Mayfair will arrive at their desks via a “Statuario Michelangelo marble and gold” staircase from where they can order champagne and hot lunches from La Petite Maison restaurant downstairs.
The 6,000 sq ft office revamp Enstar says will be marketed to Saudi Royals, family of Sultan of Brunei and Quatari Royals and relatives.
The building has been the subject of a £4m redevelopment, designed by architects Stiff & Trevillion and involved increasing the building’s height to four storeys with added roof terraces.
