A poll by careers website Dice of managers and recruiters in London’s so-called Silicon Roundabout reveals 42% would like to see a network of pedestrian and cycling under- and overpasses, while 26% would like a monorail connecting Old Street and King’s Cross.
Meanwhile, the number of start-ups in Shoreditch is down by a third as higher rents deter businesses, data from UHY Hacker Young show. The number of start-ups fell to 10,280 in the 12 months ended in March.
