Lone Star’s Amaris Hospitality is selling a portfolio of eight Mercure hotels for £120m.
Savills has been instructed to sell four of the hotels, and CBRE and Christie & Co selling two each.
The assets are located in Stratford, Salisbury, Blackburn, Farnham, Banbury, Coventry, Bristol and Exeter.
A second portfolio of Mercure hotels of a similar size is expected to be sold later this year.
Separately Amaris is selling the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel London Chelsea, SW6, for £45m – a 5% yield – through CBRE.
